Delivery Information
Calvert Sporting will always aim to dispatch your items within 48 hours of cleared payment, however product availability can vary which may affect this dispatch time. Delivery times stated are an approximate period but all efforts will be made to align with these estimates. Whilst we make every effort to deliver to these timescales we are unable to guarantee circumstances beyond our control.
All goods will be sent to the shipping address given by you when placing the order which can be seen in your order confirmation email. We aim to get your goods to you within 3-5 working days.
UK orders are generally dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48, and international orders via Royal Mail International Signed For. In the case of large orders, we may send via alternative courier or service.
We do not post on weekends or public holidays – please allow additional time during bank / public holidays.
If an item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately about delivery time.
United Kingdom Delivery Charges
By default, the price of standard delivery to mainland UK addresses is shown in your basket, but may change if you live outside of mainland UK. The following rates apply for UK delivery addresses:
- Orders up to £150 will be charged at £6.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 service
- All orders of £150 and over for the UK are free of charge for Royal Mail Tracked 48 service
International Delivery Charges
Delivery to addresses outside of the UK is not automatically calculated at point of sale. Please contact us for a postage quote; subject to your acceptance we will then process your order and send you an invoice for payment.
- All postage rates for areas outside the United Kingdom are strictly Price on Application.
- International postage is not automatically calculated at point of sale, and is calculated on a volumetric basis using Royal Mail International Signed For or alternative courier if there are limitations due to size of the parcel.
- We will provide you with a price for shipping; once you have confirmed the rate of postage is acceptable we will then process your order and send you an invoice for payment.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK your parcel may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied as the shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance is not included in the original shipping price, and they remain the sole responsibility of the customer. As customs policies vary widely from country to country Calvert Sporting advises customers to contact their local customs authorities for further information relating to local duties or liabilities. Cross border shipments may also be subject to inspection by customs authorities which means some packages maybe opened and re-sealed, Calvert Sporting cannot accept responsibility for parcels that have been opened and resealed by inspecting agencies.
Heavy Goods Charge
Some products due to their size or weight may incur an additional postage charge. You will see this cost in the product description of the product. There are only a few of these. If your order is to be shipped outside of the standard shipping policy regions please contact us first to discuss Heavy Goods Charge.
Redirection and Non-collection
If for any reason parcels are required to be redirected then a new additional charge of £6.95 will be incurred (where applicable). Also if goods are refused or not collected following notification from the delivery service provider a charge of £6.95 will also be incurred to resend. This list is not a full and exhaustive and other reasons may result in a recharge.

Payment
Payment for online orders is taken at the time each order is placed.

We can accept online payment by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Cardholder Security
We use a secure, PCI compliant electronic payment gateway for processing card payments online. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers. Additionally, your payment information is encrypted in your browser before it is sent onwards for use in the transaction process. Every page on our website is protected with an SSL certificate.
For security reasons we are only able to deliver your first order to the card holder’s billing address. Subsequent orders may be delivered to an alternative delivery address.
